In addition to biking yesterday, I also made this “Friendship Bread,” which apparently is an Amish thing. 

Four days ago my brother brought home what looked like a bag of milk, and I kept asking him what it was and he just kept yelling “IT’S FRIENDSHIP BREAD!”

Anyway, I was leery about it, because basically it’s just milk, flour, and sugar that sits and ferments on your counter for 10 days until you add all the other ingredients to make it delicious. 

And it is delicious. So if anyone ever hands you a bag of something saying it’s Amish Friendship Bread, gladly accept it and enjoy it.
